About the Role:

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C1 level)

Proficiency in English (B1 level)

Turkish Citizenship

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
