* Review production and labor daily * Supports development of line designs, workstation and operational definitions.
* Support development of line and workstation design.
This will include assessments and adjustments to enhance productivity and adjust capacity as needed.
* Able to apply concepts such as DFA/DFM, Lean Manufacturing/DFT, Poka-Yoke, etc.
* Supports setting up processes that include a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastic and glass.

* Previous production/ quality experience * Ideal candidate must reside near Santa Claus Indiana as this role works onsite Monday - Friday.
