Summary:
Lead the operations of a retail store, driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences. Your leadership ensures merchandise is well presented, employees are supported, and store goals are achieved to help fund community programs.
What You'll Do:
Oversee store operations, staffing, and scheduling.
Hire, train, coach, evaluate and develop management team and retail associates.
Meet and strive to exceed sales and budget goals, documenting as required.
Keep merchandise fresh, rotated, and displayed to achieve sales and budget goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Protect company assets by preventing losses.
Ensure a safe, clean, and positive work environment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in production and operations management required.
Knowledge of resale/thrift market is a plus.
