VIP/Mezz Supervisor

Job Description

VIP/Mezz Supervisor Responsibilities:

Help create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life

Oversee VIP guests, entertainers and Bottle Service team

Greet and escort customers, and provide personal service to our VIP guests and bottle service guests

Manage payments and beginning/end times for private rooms

Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued

Book parties and VIP events.

Promote special events to customers.

Scheduling of entertainer

Nightly supervision of all Top of the Standard floor staff including bar, host & door team

Managing all aspects of operations

Scheduling staff

Work with other departments to execute events and private parties

VIP/Mezz Supervisor Requirements:

Great communication skills, great training abilities

Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication abilities

Minimum 2+ years in management of experience nightlife bar/club scene

Patience and empathy; a motivator who leads by example

Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

Prioritize and organize

Understand guest’s service needs

Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team work on feet for duration of shifts, walking, bending, & reaching

MUST be able to work late nights
