Position Overview

Full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation ($225K-$260K DOE)

Lead dental provider for our Bethel-based clinic with outreach to surrounding villages

Opportunity to help develop and shape our growing outreach program

Autonomous practice within a collaborative healthcare team

Clinical Setting & Responsibilities

Modern facility with up-to-date technology and equipment

Comprehensive general dentistry services including preventive care, restorative procedures, and endodontic treatment

Travel to outlying tribal communities to provide essential dental services

Collaborative care model working alongside medical providers

Ideal Candidate

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program

Alaska dental license or ability to obtain licensure

At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Endodontic treatment proficiency preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Independent problem-solver with cultural sensitivity

Passion for rural healthcare and community service
