Role Responsibilities: * Ensure stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP landscape (SAP S/4HANA, MES, EWM) and its integration with cloud and peripheral systems.

* Define and evolve the SAP strategy, including architecture, technology standards, and long:term roadmap.

* Lead and develop the SAP Basis team while managing external partners and service providers.

* Oversee SAP security, authorisation concepts, and compliance with internal and external standards.

* Administer and optimise the SAP Basis infrastructure : release management, performance, monitoring, and HA/DR.

* Plan and execute SAP infrastructure projects, migrations, rollouts, and cloud integrations, ensuring effective incident, problem, and change management.

Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, preferably within SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft/SAP cloud environments.

* Leadership or project management experience is a strong advantage.

* Comprehensive expertise in SAP security and authorisation management.

* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

* Flexibility to participate in on:call rotations and occasionally work on weekends or public holidays.

* Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2), both spoken and written.
