REMOTE / Work From Home We are seeking a skilled Planisware / G.Plan Implementation Specialist / Lead to support system implementation, configuration, and integration activities.
The role involves requirement analysis, impact assessments, authoring configuration and administration documents, and coordinating change control deliverables.
The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure compliance, clarity, and successful system integration with other enterprise platforms.

Enhanced governance and operational stability for the Planisware / G.Plan platform Skills / Experience 5+ years of experience in Planisware / G.Plan system implementation, configuration, and support 5+ years of experience in requirement analysis, business process impact assessment, and specification documentation 5+ years of experience in change control management, configuration specification, and qualification execution 4+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams for system design and testing Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps Experience in system integration with enterprise platforms and related data systems Knowledge of GxP compliance, documentation, and audit readiness practices Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities Familiarity with configuration management tools and regulated system documentation Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving the feedback Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders (technical and non-technical) Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills; Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages
