Analyse and optimise manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Researching and working with data to analyse effectivity and cost-efficiency of processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success
Responsibilities:
Responsible on process and yield monitoring and improvement.
Ensure process flow defined has to meet drawing requirement.
Perform failure analysis and corrective action.
Data analysis
Perform process improvement and engineering evaluation (customer and internal).
Perform in-line inspection machine correlation, define process flow and tooling list.
Ensure new product trial run smoothly and perform on-the-spot failure analysis to reduce defect.
Requirements:
Degree in Machanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years related working experience in process engineering.
Knowledge in machine fixture design.
Able to perform data analysis with using Minitab program skill.
Able to perform failure analysis.
Knowledgeable in Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT), FMEA, SPC and 8D corrective action.
Skills in supervision, problem solving and communication.
Computer literature.
