Keystone Industries is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrative Assistant for our Myerstown, PA location.
Position Title:
Customer Service Administrative Assistant
Shift
M-Th, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Overview: As the Customer Service Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing for our Hot Stamped product, customer communication, and collaboration with the production team. Your tasks will include:
Order Processing & Customer Interaction:
Receive and process new orders from new and existing customers for hot-stamped products.
For new customers, create artwork and manage the process of obtaining customer artwork approval.
Artwork & Die Grid Preparation:
Prepare artwork in Adobe Illustrator for submission to the die manufacturer.
Implement die grid fabrication with the die manufacturer on a weekly basis.
Production Support:
Prepare Hot Stamp Production orders for the production team, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and complete.
Office Support:
Act as the backup person for the Office Manager in answering incoming phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Labeling & Software Management:
Create and update in-house product labeling with Bartender software. Skills & Qualifications:
Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.
Experience with Bartender software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required. Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is desired.
