Strategic Executive Support & Governance in the Office of the CEO

Provide expert counsel on governance, legal frameworks, and political-economic dynamics.

Coordinate executive engagements with the Board, Committees and EXCO.

In Collaboration with HC, Facilitate the performance review process for the Executive Committee (EXCO) members.

Stakeholder Management & Representation

Maintain influential relationships with government, industry partners, and maritime authorities.

Provide Liaison function for the CEO and SAMSA with high-stakes national and international forums.

Executive Operations & Risk

Oversee the comprehensive management and operational efficiency of the CEO’s office.

Govern budgeting, financial stewardship, and organisational risk mitigation strategies for the CEO Office.

Performance & Culture Leadership

Mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Implement and monitor performance management including the balanced scorecard in the Office of the CEO.
