Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced electronic systems and embedded applications.

Define and address system requirements including interfaces, power, and noise.

Provide technical leadership in testing, verification, and safety analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and software.

Mentor engineers and foster innovation and excellence.

Represent engineering in client meetings and technical reviews.

Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with manufacturing, safety, and regulatory standards.Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2.5 years (preferably 5+ years) experience in system-level electronic design.

Proven leadership and project delivery experience.

Expertise in schematic capture, PCB layout, and embedded systems.

Must be eligible to work in South Africa and willing to travel occasionally.
