Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS).

Conduct internal audits and manage external audits (e.g., ISO + AS9100D certification).

Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Analyze quality data, produce reports, and present findings to senior management.

Manage supplier quality to ensure all incoming materials + outsourced processes meet specifications.

Engage with customers to understand their expectations and gather feedback. Company Description
