Summary: The Advertising Operations team serves as the primary support structure for advertisers and the global sales organization.

What You’ll Do: Join our Advertising Operations Sales Support team, where you’ll provide essential operational support to the advertising business.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal sales teams and advertisers to resolve issues related to account features, internal sales tools, and campaigns.

As an Advertising Operations Sales Support Associate, you’ll develop a deep understanding of client advertising ecosystems, business operations, advertising products, and troubleshooting methodologies.

We offer opportunities for growth from Junior (under 1 year) to Senior (1–3 years) levels.

Responsibilities: Master the full suite of advertising products to provide expert guidance.

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently through chat and email.

Assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues, escalate reports to relevant teams, and propose interim solutions to minimize disruptions.

Manage workflow to consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs). Perform in-depth troubleshooting using internal and external tools to diagnose problems accurately.

Replicate issues in a controlled test environment to validate findings.

Develop and test hypotheses by systematically eliminating variables to identify root causes.

Conduct data analysis by interpreting metrics, benchmarking against prior campaigns, and comparing with similar advertisers.

Investigate root causes, such as reviewing website configurations or tracking implementations, to ensure comprehensive resolutions.

Qualifications: 1–3 years of prior experience in advertising operations, ad support, or ad sales (required). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in online collaboration tools.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus, motivation, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Research-driven approach: highly resourceful and proactive in leveraging available knowledge bases to find solutions.

Data-centric and technically inclined, with curiosity and strong problem-solving ability.

Skilled in identifying patterns, applying proven solutions, and quickly learning new concepts.

Strong analytical skills with data-backed reasoning, critical thinking, and logical evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 support for small-to-medium business (SMB) advertisers or technical clients.

Familiarity with CRM tools, digital advertising platforms, and analytics software.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HTML.
