As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include: * Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.

* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

* Maintain and update customer records in the database.

* Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

* Monitor and track order statuses, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

* Prepare and generate reports for the customer service department.

* Assist with general office duties to support the overall workflow.

The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Administrator should have: * Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

* An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
