About Your Role:
We are seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team at the Broadmeadow site. This role is key to creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll also support the Senior Operations Manager with essential office administration tasks that keep our workplace running smoothly.
You will be required to work on site Monday to Friday within core hours (9.00am-2.30pm). ideal for work-life balance or those returning to the workforce!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area that reflects our company standards
Greet staff, clients, visitors, associates, and VIPs professionally
Promptly answer and direct phone calls
Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries, and internal mail
Maintain meeting room bookings, prepare rooms, and coordinate equipment
Assist with company events (e.g. team-building, service awards, client appreciation)
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Track and reconcile office-related expenses and submit reports
About You:
Experience working in a Reception or Office Administration role
Proficiency in Excel and SAP – training will be provided
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Motivated and goal-oriented
Team player who can also work independently
Resourceful and committed to adding value
A positive disposition and eagerness to learn
A “can do” attitude with a drive to achieve and improve
