Financial Analyst
Main Responsibilities
General Ledger (GL) Account Reconciliation: Analysis and reconciliation of main GL accounts.
Treasury: Monitoring and forecasting cash flow; following up on foreign exchange purchases.
Bank Accounts: Regular follow-up of bank accounts.
Accounts Payable: Overseeing invoice registration and payment processing; monitoring expense reports and aged balances.
Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main contact for CBS México and Mumbai teams regarding Accounts Payable and Treasury matters.
Internal Control: Supporting external audits and providing required documentation related to the area.
Accounting Closures: Contributing to GL input and related activities as part of the month-end closing process.
Process Improvement: Promoting and implementing simplification initiatives in Treasury and Accounts Payable functions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics, or currently in the final year of either program.
Intermediate level of English.
Experience using SAP for Treasury and Accounts Payable modules.
Experience using Workspace tools at a user level.
User-level knowledge of AI tools.
