Virtual Mental Health Therapist – LMFT/LCSW/LPC Full-Time in Wisconsin

Who We’re Hiring:

We're looking for licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) ready to support clients remotely. This role is ideal for therapists passionate about providing personalized, effective care in a fully virtual environment.

Employment: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM – 5 PM

Earnings: $100,000–$110,000 annually + benefits

Core Duties:

Facilitate therapy sessions and evaluations

Document sessions promptly (within 24 hours)

Collaborate on treatment planning

Participate in clinical meetings and discussions

Support adults and couples through consistent care

Requirements

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy

Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)

Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms
