This service ensures that every individual receives the care, respect, and attention they deserve, supporting their independence and dignity in every aspect of life.
Service Areas: Dane, Jefferson, Rock, Walworth, Dodge and Waukesha counties.
Guardian of Person
Ensure personal needs are met with care and attention
Advocate for essential services and resources
Provide consent for medical treatments and procedures
Support placement in the least restrictive, most appropriate settings Guardian of Estate
Ensure all financial obligations are fulfilled
Safeguard the ward's personal property
Apply for local, state, and federal assistance programs, including Social Security, Medicare, and food assistance programs
Appointed by the SSA to manage Social Security and SSI benefits for beneficiaries

Utilize benefits to cover immediate and future needs of the individual
Save any surplus benefits for future requirements
File annual accounting reports with the Social Security Administration
Maintain records of all payments received and their usage
Prepare detailed reports on fund allocation and expenditures This is a part-time position within a team of talented, caring and knowledgeable professionals. You will work between 20-25 hours weekly, covering the needs of our wards.
** This position offers a $1,000 hire-on bonus **
