Infotainment System Engineer Lead

Lead the development, validation, and launch support of in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems for North American vehicle platforms. Oversee system-level testing for hardware and software integration, executing test procedures on both benches and vehicles. Interface with OEM customers to support technical issue triage, field validation, and feature verification for multimedia, connectivity, and telematics functions. Collaborate with internal teams and global R&D centers to align system performance with regional specifications and user experience goals. Analyze vehicle logs, support feature tuning, and ensure compliance with platform-level requirements. Prepare validation reports and documentation in accordance with MOBIS’s engineering and program standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, and 5 years of experience in infotainment systems engineering or a related role.
