We are a leading recruiting comapny in Sri Lanka, we are looking for a Associate HR (Payroll Management) The Associate – HR & Payroll Management will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely Human Resource Operations (HRO) services while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance. The role encompasses key HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Separation & Offboarding, and HR Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely HRO services within established deadlines.
Support end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes, including job posting, candidate coordination, and onboarding.
Manage Separation and Offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records with accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality standards.
Assist in payroll management activities, including verification of attendance, leave, and related documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resource Management.
Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
