Salary:

$125-150k base salary (flexible/based on experience) + full comprehensive benefits

Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing (DM) is responsible for overseeing and driving the overall marketing strategy, execution, and performance of the company. This executive role requires a visionary leader capable of aligning marketing efforts with the company's business objectives to drive growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across all channels. The DM will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the company's goals and overall vision.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Lead the creation of marketing plans and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Drive brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and representation across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategies.Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Ensure cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, sales, and customer service teams.

Recruit and retain top marketing talent, ensuring the department is staffed with high-performing professionals.Brand Management:

Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and reputation.

Ensure consistent brand messaging in all external and internal communications, including digital marketing, public relations, and events.

Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to enhance the company's visibility.Marketing Execution:

Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, traditional advertising, and events.

Oversee content creation, product launches, and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales growth.

Ensure marketing campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with performance metrics.Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and refine marketing strategies.

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market share.Budgeting and ROI Management:

Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Track marketing performance and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals.

Report on key performance metrics to the CEO and executive team.Innovation and Growth:

Stay at the forefront of marketing innovation, continuously exploring new tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance the company's marketing capabilities.

Drive initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience leading marketing teams, managing budgets, and delivering growth-focused strategies.

Expertise in digital marketing, branding, content marketing, and analytics.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
