The CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE position is a full-time opportunity based in our corporate headquarters and includes occasional weekend hours/rotation.

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our Micro Center web brand reputation by listening to and responding to our customers through social media posts and customer survey comments.

You'll also be responsible for addressing and resolving escalated customers who contact the Home Office for resolution.

You will be the customer's case worker while being a liaison, partner, and/or influencer with the stores and Home Office departments to ensure customer loyalty.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: * De-escalate customer interactions, demonstrating a high level of empathy, active listening, and genuine care to diffuse challenging situations and foster positive customer experiences.

* Engage customers on social media outlets and protect our web brand reputation (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, Google+, etc.) * Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights that support ongoing company growth and improvement.

* Partner with internal teams to leverage customer feedback for improving self-help tools and digital support resources, such as chatbots, help center articles, and the Micro Center Community.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Two or more years of previous experience in a customer-focused business (Retail is ideal, hospitality, restaurants, etc.). * Demonstrates a genuine passion for people along with the experience, skill, and expertise to easily diffuse escalated situations.

* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across social media, document customer interactions, and communicate with all levels of an organization, including executives.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

* A dependable and flexible team player, capable of thriving under pressure and willing to take on diverse responsibilities as needed.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the skills to create clear, well-formatted documents, reports, and presentations.
