About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for residents requesting services. This role involves handling a high volume of phone calls and/or in-person requests, gathering relevant details, prioritizing service needs, and scheduling work to ensure resident satisfaction. You will work closely with internal departments and must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle a high volume of resident service requests either by phone or in-person.
Gather and input accurate information into the computer systems, determining priority and service type.
Schedule and coordinate service work, both inside and outside residences.
Provide residents with status updates on service requests upon inquiry.
Prepare appliance replacement cost estimates and contracts.
Assist resident with identifying needs, educate on processes and follow established protocols.
Handle difficult or demanding resident interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service request resolution. What We're Looking For

Tech-savvy - Comfortable using PC-based systems for data entry and tracking service requests.
Multitasking skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
