Job Description

A Paraprofessional is sought to assist educators in creating a supportive, engaging classroom environment. The position focuses on instructional support, student supervision, and reinforcement of learning goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus

Prior experience supporting students in an educational setting preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in varied situations

Responsibilities:

Assist in lesson plan implementation and student activities

Supervise students during classroom and non-classroom times

Provide individualized academic and behavioral support

Prepare materials and assist with classroom organization

Document progress and maintain confidentiality
