Job Details

Handle a diverse caseload of construction and general commercial litigation matters

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses in state and federal courts

Conduct depositions, manage written discovery, and oversee document review

Develop case strategies, evaluate risk, and advise clients on resolution options

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and expert witnesses to build persuasive cases

Contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence through exceptional advocacy and judgment

Qualifications

J.D. and active license to practice in Colorado

Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience

Background in one or more of the following areas preferred: construction litigation/disputes (ideally), general commercial litigation or employment
