Your day-to-day:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
Own the full sourcing cycle - from market research and proactive headhunting to candidate engagement and screening.
Go beyond LinkedIn - find talent through GitHub contributions, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and other unconventional channels.
Create and manage talent pipelines, maintain candidate databases, and ensure that job ads are accurate and up to date.
Manage candidate pipelines in Lever (our ATS) — tracking not just today’s needs but also building talent pools for roles we’ll need in six months.
Collaborate closely with the Oxylabs Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
Stay curious, keep learning, and actively invest in your professional growth.
Your skills & experience:
Proven track record of working as a recruiter or talent sourcer.
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and various platforms used to source and identify candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Creative and outside-the-box approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Motivation and interest in growing within the recruitment field.
Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:
Gross salary: 1800 - 2500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
