Key Responsibilities
Answering the telephone and door intercom system in a pleasant, polite and helpful manner. Problem solves with callers and visitors when necessary to assist them in finding the person or information they need.
Greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner and directing them to the appropriate staff/offices.
Assisting HR with scheduling interviews and preparing related correspondence.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations at the front desk in absence of the Executive Assistant
Generating monthly reports from the sex offender registry.
Assisting HR with filing of documents.
Coordinating monthly classroom training including: preparing and distributing monthly training calendars, preparing training rosters, reserving training rooms for classroom training, generating weekly Med 101 reports, and signing staff up for the labs portion of Med Manager training.
Assisting HR with data entry of staff training records.
Additional job duties may include: electronic filing of documents, taking meeting minutes, sorting and distributing mail, metering outgoing mail, assisting with special programs and projects as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of office experience in an office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
This is an hourly non-exempt position with regular office hours of Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM. Occasional travel to outlying service areas may be required.
