The book includes several models, frameworks, tables, scorecards, worksheets, and leadership tools Your task will be to convert these into visually appealing, modern, branded tools that can be used in workshops, consulting sessions, and leadership development programs.
WORK SCOPE: Convert text-based tables into professional worksheets (fillable PDF or editable formats) Turn conceptual frameworks into clean, modern visual diagrams Create leadership scorecards, self-assessment sheets, and action planning templates Design cohesive visual identity across all tools for consistency DELIVERABLES: 10–25 visual assets depending on scope, potentially including: Worksheets (PDF + editable formats) Diagnostic tools & assessment scorecards Visual framework diagrams (PNG/SVG/PPTX slide-ready) Process models and flow visuals 90-Day Action Planner templates Printable workbook pages Brand-aligned, clean, minimalist design style preferred SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong graphic design and layout skills Experience creating business frameworks, consulting tools, or coaching worksheets Ability to interpret abstract concepts and turn them into clear visuals Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator / InDesign or Canva or Figma (Bonus) PowerPoint slide design WHAT I WILL PROVIDE: The book (PDF) Brand tone and visual style preferences Examples of tools I like for inspiration Clear explanations & collaboration along the way
