Role Overview
Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers for stores.
Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships.
Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies.
Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activation.
Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability.
Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
Fluent in written & spoken English
Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred

Friday 8:15am - 4:00pm
