Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Loan Management Systems Manager to support and enhance our Loan Management System (LoanPro). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing loan data, querying and reviewing system exceptions, managing technical and operational issues, and owning Loan Management production releases from end to end. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analytics, experience with SQL queries to extract and analyze data effectively, and change management acumen.
How you’ll make an impact:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Extract, query, and analyze data from LoanPro to generate reports and insights.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and anomalies in loan data and system performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
System Monitoring & Issue Management:
Monitor system performance and data integrity, identifying and resolving exceptions.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to LoanPro’s functionalities, including data inconsistencies and process inefficiencies.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to escalate and resolve system-related issues.
Process Optimization & Enhancement:
Recommend improvements to workflows and system configurations to enhance efficiency.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
Document system processes, issue resolutions, and best practices.
Accountable for implementing loan system enhancements in lower platform environments and promoting those changes to production
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with customer care, product, finance, and IT to ensure smooth system operations.
Train end-users on system functionality, data management, and issue resolution.
Provide support for audits and compliance-related data requests.
What you’ll need to succeed:
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in loan management or financial services.
Strong knowledge of LoanPro or similar loan management systems.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools
Understanding of loan servicing processes, financial reporting, and system workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What would make you stand out:
Experience with API integrations and system automation.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in loan management.
Familiarity with scripting languages.
