Travel Nurse RN - Hospice - per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

2+ years of recent Hospice experience (required)

Must be able to take admissions independently

EMR System: Netsmart

Scrubs: Any color acceptable

Vaccine Requirement: Flu vaccine required

Call: None required

Driving: Field role – must have reliable transportation

Fuel Reimbursement:

Fuel Card will be issued

Until received:

Reimbursement allowed for 2 fill-ups/week

Up to $75 per fill-up

Submit receipts for reimbursement

Ideal Candidate:

Can quickly integrate into a team with minimal ramp-up time

Comfortable with field work and managing a full caseload

Familiar with Netsmart or able to learn EMR quickly

Compassionate, flexible, and autonomous
