Full-time practice opportunity

Two-year salary floor

Salary range $625,000-$665,703

$30K sign-on bonus

School loan forgiveness program for those who qualify

1:5 call covering two hospital sites

Established practice

Approximately 15-20 patients per day

5 advanced practice clinicians shared between 2 sites for inpatient and outpatient

Opportunity for medical staff committee involvement

EPIC EMR

Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is a 109-bed hospital with 702 physicians in 72 specialties. Level III Trauma Center, DNV Acute Stroke Ready with Telestroke technology to consult with specialists at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee.

Aurora Medical Center - Burlington is a 123-bed hospital with 663 physicians in 50 specialties. State-of-the-art heart care services, including an interventional radiology lab, diagnostic catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab, as well as cardiac rehab program.
