Job Description: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Shift: PM 7p - 7a (3x12 Hr)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-time Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to critical patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for critically ill patients.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote understanding and enhance patient care.

- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team through the model of Shared Governance, focusing on evidence-based practices within a healing culture.

- Demonstrate commitment to the core values of Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence (PRIDE) in every aspect of patient care.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

- Current and valid New Jersey Nursing License is required.

- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. CCRN certification is strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication and computer skills.

- This full-time position requires a 7p - 7a shift.
