Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Packing Associates for our client. This job involves packing and preparing products according to customer specifications and company standards. Responsibilities include inspecting items for quality and accuracy, labeling, sealing, and palletizing goods for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following all safety and quality procedures.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

Pack and prepare products according to customer specifications and company standards

Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and damage before packaging

Label, seal, and palletize finished goods for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Assist team members and perform other related duties as assigned

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging preferred

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Ability to move or lift to 50+ lbs.

Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Communication skills.
