Administration:
Manage office supplies, document filing, and daily operations.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and visitor logistics.
Handle procurement, payment processes, and cost reporting.
Plan and monitor admin budgets and expenses.
Ensure workplace compliance with safety and security regulations.
Support HR with onboarding/offboarding logistics.
Act as the main contact for office-related issues.
Negotiate with suppliers for cost and service efficiency.
Assist in risk management and emergency preparedness.
Engagement Activities:
Plan and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company culture.
Organize internal and external events (team-building, wellness, CSR).
Track engagement budgets and ensure policy compliance.
* Support other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in admin or office management.
Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
Creative, careful, hardworking, and tech-adaptable.
