What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations and ensure team goals are met

Recruit, train, and mentor top talent to hit sales and business targets

Keep projects on track and timelines in check

Manage budgets and allocate resources wisely

Delegate effectively while upholding company standards and culture

Resolve team issues fairly and constructively

Create strategic plans to boost productivity and performance

Continuously improve internal processes and team dynamics

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Provide thoughtful feedback and support team growth

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business

At least 5 years of work experience in a similar field

Proven experience in a managerial role

Work experience in an industry similar to Jacinto & Lirio (e.g., eco-lifestyle, sustainable fashion, social enterprise)

Strong decision-making and leadership skills

Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities
