Location: DFW, East Texas, West Texas, San Antonio, and Austin, TX / Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized financial recommendations to help clients achieve long-term financial security.

• Act as a trusted advocate for clients, fostering lasting, value-based relationships.

• Implement strategic financial plans and introduce innovative solutions to meet client goals.

• Consistently grow your client base through effective prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building.

• Stay current with industry trends and financial products through continuous training and professional development.

• Maintain high ethical standards and a client-first approach in all aspects of business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Background in sales or client acquisition preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Life Insurance Sales experience (2+ years preferred, but not required)
