ASSOCIATE PRODUCT BRAND MANAGER (B2B)

Reports to: Vice President, Strategy & Brand Management

FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY

The Associate Product Brand Manager (B2B) supports the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and partner-facing programs across the PFSbrands portfolio of business-to-business brands. This role emphasizes marketing analytics, reporting, and performance insights to ensure brand initiatives drive measurable results in awareness, partner engagement, and profitability. Working closely with the VP, Strategy & Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, this position helps optimize brand performance through data-driven decision-making and actionable insights, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and dashboard reporting (Power BI preferred).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Support

Assist in developing brand plans, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies tailored to B2B buyers, wholesale distributors, and retail partners.

Support brand positioning, messaging, and product storytelling, with a focus on data-supported value propositions (ROI, scalability, partner growth).

Contribute to product lifecycle planning, including data collection and reporting on innovation, optimization, and SKU performance.

Assist with trade show planning and evaluation, including pre-event KPIs and post-event reporting

Support and attend marketing events- trade shows, conferences, in market events to support brands and PFSbrands.

Marketing Analytics & Insights

Monitor brand and campaign KPIs, including awareness, engagement, conversion, and partner ROI.

Collect and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, sales, digital platforms, and distributors) to uncover insights and performance drivers.

Benchmark competitor activities, market shifts, and channel dynamics, presenting findings to guide brand strategy.

Translate analytics into dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready reports that highlight business impact.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve tracking methodologies and ensure reliable, actionable reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales to provide performance insights and tools that improve partner engagement.

Work with Operations and Supply Chain to monitor product availability and align analytics with distribution effectiveness.

Support agency/vendor relationships by managing reporting requests and ensuring measurable results.

Performance Management

Track brand budgets with a focus on measurable B2B marketing ROI.

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly brand performance reviews for leadership, leveraging Power BI reports and data visualizations.

Recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights to increase efficiency and profitability.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.

Valid driver’s license

2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management, or marketing analytics (internships and early career roles considered).

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Organized and detail-oriented, with project management skills.

Innovative and forward-thinking; able to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically performed in an office setting.

Must travel occasionally to work sites and conferences by air and car.

Required in-person presence at GRITT Summit and major events.

Position requires some work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support marketing and company events

Pass annual review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to establish and continue insurability under PFS’ corporate policies.

Ability to travel by car, train, or airplane, which may include navigating through terminals, lifting, carrying luggage, materials, equipment, etc.
