The Food Preparation Center Coordinator position is responsible for food service operations at the Carl M.

Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Supervising and coordinating the daily operation of dietary staff and the serving line * Training employees in proper procedures and sanitization * Ensuring that meals are served in a timely, efficient, sanitary and safe manner * Ordering and receiving food stores * Reviewing and maintaining routine records such as food inventory, temperatures, deliveries, etc.

Minimum Requirements EDUCATION: High school graduate.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of sub professional or professional experience in a food service operation.
