In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our claims processing team and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims. Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to claims processing team members
Answer incoming calls and emails from providers regarding claim status
Review and resolve claims processing errors
Update claim information in the system
Assist with training new team members on claims processing procedures
Qualifications:
