Production Engineer (Blow Molding Process)

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:

• Troubleshoot and resolve blow molding production issues such as material contamination, pinch-off defects, and parison alignment to minimize downtime and enhance product quality.

• Analyze and optimize key process parameters, including temperature, pressure, parison programming, and pre-blow air pressure, to reduce scrap and ensure consistent product output.

• Oversee raw material handling and conduct in-process inspections to verify compliance with dimensional, weight, and quality specifications.

• Operate and maintain blow molding equipment, performing mold changeovers and routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and smooth production flow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, drive continuous process improvements, utilize SAP, and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures,

• Ensure production processes comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, and actively participate in safety audits to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering AND at least 6 months of experience
