Lead Engineer

We are launching pilots now and need three people to join immediately on **equity + revenue share** (no upfront salary required). Remote. > **Compensation (short):** equity grant (four-year vesting with one-year cliff) plus a share of client invoice revenue paid monthly once clients pay. Exact equity and revenue-share percentages are negotiated and transparent on interview. Example: we typically allocate the largest monthly share to the engineer (for delivery), a sizeable share to the scientist, and an ongoing sales share that includes an amortized commission.
