1. Customer Support:
Handle and resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently via Calls & Chat.
Provide accurate and timely information about products or services.
2. Problem Solving:
Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
3. Communication:
Maintain a friendly and professional tone while communicating with customers.
Ensure clarity and coherence in written responses.
4. Data Management:
Record and update customer information and chat logs accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data as per company policies.
5. Sales Targets:
Meet defined performance benchmarks, including response time, Sales Target and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Outlet team to address customer concerns.
Share feedback and suggestions to improve processes and services.
Customer Interaction:
Build rapport and establish trust to understand customer needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge:
Communicate product benefits, features, and promotions effectively to customers.
Lead Management:
Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, referrals, or inbound inquiries.
Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
Problem Solving:
Address customer queries or concerns regarding products, pricing, or processes.
Offer solutions to overcome customer objections and close sales.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.
Analyze and share insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Good in Communication and system handling
Telesales experience is preferred
