About the Role:

Copyer Solutions is seeking a Printer IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for multifunction printers and copiers across Delhi NCR. The role requires hands-on experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various printer brands and models.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain multifunction printers/copiers (LAN, USB, and server integration).

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Install drivers, firmware, and software updates; configure scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, and secure print features.

Ensure compliance with safety and data security protocols.

Maintain service logs, job sheets, and client feedback records.

Travel to client sites within Delhi NCR (bike required).

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in printer/copier servicing and maintenance.

Technical Expertise: Canon, HP, Kyocera, Brother, Konica Minolta printers.

Knowledge of Models: Canon IRAdv.4025/4235/3235/3225, Canon IR-3226/3020/3120, MF-244/241/4570/4870, Kyocera FS-2040, Brother L-2541dw/2640, HP 438nda/436nd.

Networking: LAN/server configuration for printers.

Skills: Strong client communication in Hindi & English, professional and calm under pressure.

Education: Diploma/Certification in Hardware, Software, or Networking (preferred).

Mandatory: Personal bike for field visits.
