️ Role: Plan and monitor flight operations, including route selection, fuel calculation, weather analysis, and flight safety. Coordinate between pilots, ground staff, and air traffic control for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in Aviation/Science/Engineering preferred

Flight Dispatcher License (DGCA approved) desirable

Strong analytical & communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
