Description:

We’re seeking an organized and motivated Legal Assistant to support a client’s regulatory compliance efforts. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a legal background who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is ready to contribute to meaningful work in the financial services sector.

Reviewing and responding to written correspondence from regulated financial entities related to cybersecurity compliance

Handling phone calls and voicemails pertaining to the Cybersecurity Regulation and related matters

Supporting the legal team in tracking and managing case files and correspondence

Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Candidate Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree

At least one year of full-time work experience with the same employer

Understanding of basic legal processes, terminology, and forms

Ability to conduct legal research and synthesize findings

Ability to interpret laws, legal documents, and written materials

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
