HVAC Installer

Job Description LSI seeks a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Installer to join our clients team.

This is a DIRECT HIRE position.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial . This role involves performing installations of HVAC systems and components, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostatsReview job specifications to determine installation proceduresLoad and unload materials and equipment at job sitesConduct start-ups and basic system testing to ensure proper functionalityFollow local HVAC codes and regulations for all installationsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with homeowners, supervisors, and team membersProvide guidance to apprentices or helpers as neededComplete installation paperwork and document job completionAdhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation preferredEPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces and varying temperaturesStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a team Benefits:Competitive pay (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan optionsCompany vehicle and tools provided (if applicable)Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertime Work Location: In personPandoLogic.
