Our client, in the retail industry, is seeking a Systems Analyst II to join their team. As a Systems Analyst II, you will be part of an agile technology team supporting critical product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Systems Analyst II
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite 3 of 5 days a week, Tuesday - Thursday)

What's the Job?
Write requirements, including epics and user stories, based on direction from the Product Manager and technical knowledge.
Assist in defining application designs and functionality, performing configuration, testing, and implementation of applications.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand upcoming work for the product/applications, including business objectives and user needs.
Lead story estimation with the technical team and facilitate discussions for user stories before the work begins.
Create and maintain product/application documentation, including process models and support materials.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in a Systems Analyst role.
Experience with software development life-cycle and implementation methodologies.
Proficiency in working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
