The Job
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager & Team Lead at Odichi Solutions. The Project Manager & Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities, resources, the team, and clients. The role involves overseeing project planning, team leadership, communication with the team and clients, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure successful project completion. This is an entry-level role, and the starting salary is 80,000. This may be increased in coming months in line with performance and growth.

Communicating with team using virtual meetings, emails, messages, and calls
Setting tasks, milestones, and deadlines

Serving as a bridge between clients, the team, and administration
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
Communication and Team Leadership skills
Experience in Digital Marketing, brand management, or related field
Strong Analytical Skills
A Fully Functioning Laptop Computer
Experience in Project Management and Project Planning
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
