Zantech is looking for a talented Senior Applications Software Developer to provide expert-level software development services for Power Platform applications, focusing on modernizing legacy logistics systems and implementing new workflow solutions for an upcoming Hybrid role supporting the USCG.

This role will be critical in delivering functional prototypes and production-ready applications that enhance the USCG’s operational efficiency

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

Develop Power Platform applications according to user requirements

Implement data migration processes and ETL workflows

Create and maintain API integrations between systems

Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning

Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing

Document code and development processes

Expected to mentor junior developers and share knowledge

Must maintain current knowledge of Power Platform updates and capabilities

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

7+ years in software development with 3+ years in Microsoft Power Platform

Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Database design and development (SQL Server, Dataverse)

API development and integration

Agile development methodologies

Version control systems (Git)

Federal IT security compliance

Preferred Certifications/Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Specialized coursework in low-code/no-code platforms

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200)

Microsoft Azure Developer certifications

Additional Microsoft technology certifications

Agile development certifications

Required Security Clearance:

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
